Hi, I’m Trinity Klein, a tech enthusiast with a passion for solving problems where people and technology meet.
At Southeast Hypnosis, I helped transform operations through AI integration, automation workflows, and digital solutions. From building an AI chatbot that boosted customer bookings, to designing an automated reminder funnel that reduced cancellations, to migrating the company website to WordPress for better performance, I’ve seen first-hand how thoughtful technology can streamline operations and enhance customer experience, even on a tight budget.
I hold a B.S. in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from the University of Houston’s Cullen College of Engineering (Cum Laude, May 2025). My expertise spans cloud solutions, data analytics, and application development, supported by certifications like the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Cisco Data Analytics Essentials.
